How to use the Chat Feature?

Mobile app (iPhone or Android):

Open Caily app → View chats (red dot = unread) → Tap a chat to open conversation → Tap + New (top right) to start a new chat

Urgent concerns:
Call the community directly. In emergencies, dial 911.
