Yes — Caily allows multiple family members to have their own individual accounts, so everyone who is involved in your loved one's care can stay informed.
How it works:
Each family member has a separate account with their own login credentials. This means:
Each person sees the same daily updates about your loved one
Each person can send messages to the care team independently
Each person's communication with the care team is private to them
No sharing of passwords or accounts is needed
How to get additional family members set up:
Additional family members cannot sign up for Caily independently — your loved one's community grants access. To add another family member:
Contact your loved one's community and let them know which family members you'd like to add
Provide their name and email address to the community's site champion or administrator
They will receive a welcome email with instructions to download the app and create their own account
A few things to know:
Each family member must have their own unique email address to create an account
Your loved one's community controls who is granted access — not all family members may automatically receive an invitation
Access levels may vary between family members depending on consent preferences established during intake — contact your loved one's community if you have questions about what a specific family member can see
If a family member no longer needs access — for example, following a change in care responsibilities — contact your loved one's community to have their account deactivated
A note on sharing accounts:
We strongly recommend against sharing your login credentials with other family members, even for convenience. Each person should have their own account to ensure communications are tracked correctly, and resident privacy is protected.
