How to manage Resident profiles (add, edit, or deactivate)

Add a Resident:
Go to Residents → Click Add Resident → Enter details → Click Add Resident to save.

How to Bulk Import

Edit a Resident:
Go to Residents → Find the resident → Click the three dots → Select Edit → Update details → Save Changes.

Deactivate a Resident:
Go to Residents → Find the resident → Click the three dots → Select Deactivate → Confirm.

📝 Note: Only Administrators and account/community owners have permission to add, update, or deactivate Residents.
