Caily Device Policy
Caily must be used on facility-provided devices—not personal phones or computers. This protects resident privacy, supports HIPAA compliance, and keeps communication secure within your community.
How to access Caily
Mobile/Ipad (preferred method):
Download the Caily app on your work device, log in with your work credentials, and enable biometrics when prompted.
Desktop:
Open a browser on your work device, go to your Community Web App, log in, and bookmark for easy access.
Security requirements
- Enable auto-lock
- Use passcode or biometrics
- No personal accounts on work devices
- Don’t save passwords on shared devices
