How to reset your password
Open Caily app → Tap or click Forgot your password? → Enter your email address → Check your email (and spam/junk folder if needed) → Click the reset link → Create a new password → Log in with your new password
Didn’t receive the reset email?
Check spam or junk folder → Confirm you entered the correct email address → Wait a few minutes and try again → Make sure your inbox isn’t full → Contact support if you still don’t receive the email
