How to use the Chat Feature?

Web app (Desktop):

Log in to dashboard → Select Community Chat or Resident Family Chats (left side) → View chats (red dot = unread) → Click + New to start a new chat

Mobile app (iPhone or Android):

Open Caily app → Tap Community or Residents → View chats (red dot = unread) → Tap a chat to open conversation → Tap + New (top right) to start a new chat
